It's basically a 2-day business simulation activity designed to give the TLT students a taste of entrepreneurship and business principles. TLT was a good cohort for this because they were older and already had a foundational understanding of English, so they could engage properly with the content. Day 1 was all about idea generation where the students worked in groups to come up with a business idea, plan it out, create a budget, and design their marketing/logos. Day 2 was about execution, actually creating/sourcing the product and then showcasing it at a 'fayre' (basically a mini business fair where they presented and sold to each other + volunteers). Then we had a final round where the best ideas were recognised.
